Building Ventures Company has 18 years of combined experience as associate architects, and construction risk assessors serving as subconsultants to lender representatives around the country. Our experience encompasses a deep understanding of construction due diligence, and construction assembly, including more recent ventures into Building Enclosure Commissioning (BECx) and residential restoration in the local community.

Our services include Property Condition Assessments, Plan and Cost Review, Construction Loan Monitoring, Accessibility Compliancy, Radon Measurement, and Building Envelope Commissioning. We have experience working on government insured properties utilizing HUD Multifamily/LEAN Standards for existing and unbuilt works, in addition to, reporting on monthly construction progress for market rate/LIHTC multifamily facilities.
